Returns are processed within 5–7 business days after they arrive at our warehouse. Once your return has been approved, your refund will be processed according to our Return Policy.

Returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached. Items that show signs of wear, damage, perfume, makeup, or alterations cannot be accepted.

For hygiene reasons, bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, earrings, and other intimate items cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty.
