You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Once your return request has been approved, you’ll receive further instructions on how to return your item.

Returns are processed within 5–7 business days after they arrive at our warehouse. Once your return has been approved, your refund will be processed according to our Return Policy.

Returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached. Items that show signs of wear, damage, perfume, makeup, or alterations cannot be accepted.

For hygiene reasons, bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, earrings, and other intimate items cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty.

If a style runs small, if you’re between sizes, or if you prefer a more relaxed fit, we recommend ordering one size up. For detailed garment measurements, please refer to our Size Chart before placing your order.
